PRICES

Prices are as displayed on the website and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard Visa and PayPal. All items must be paid for in full on order placement.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep track of your order details as we may question you for information from it in any following correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@mo-ow.com

PRODUCTION

All MO-OW furniture is made upon order. The production time usually takes 6-10 weeks. Sporadically things can occur outside of our control which may end in a delay to your order. We will do our best to keep these to a minimum and maintain you continually informed on the development of your order until conclusion.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing info@mo-ow.com within 5 working days of purchase for a full reimbursement. If outside of this period, we will be unable to stop production of the item and no refund will be available. Please contact info@mo-ow.com if you wish to understand the above options.

SHIPPING

We offer the transport for Europe ( Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherland, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, United Kingdom ). For other countries please send us your full address for our email info@mo-ow.com, to get a quote.

DELIVERY

All pieces are package in a wooden box to guarantee the best protection. All shipping includes transport insurance, that covers any damage done during transport.

Items are delivery at the ground floor of your property only.

Please note, you are required to manage safe and reasonable access to your property and you are responsible for carry the item after delivery. If you need a special delivery, please email us to info@mo-ow.com

RETURNS

All our furniture pieces are made upon order and specially made for the customers, so a piece of furniture will be handcrafted specially for you.

We don’t make returns.

Made to order item can only be returned if considered to be faulty. Please contact info@mo-ow.com for more information.

Please return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.

MADE TO ORDER CRAFTSMANSHIP

All of our furniture are built by experienced craftsman employing unique techniques and materials. The use of these method means that there can be small variations in color and finish from the images presented on this website. We tried our best to display images as accurate as possible. All items are carefully examined before shipment.

SECURITY

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains secure whenever it is transmitted over the internet. The data is kept for one year. If you wish to delete it, please contact info@mo-ow.com

This website, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site are regulated by and understood in accordance with the Portuguese law, also regulated by Comarca do Porto.

The holders of personal data are the natural persons to whom the personal data respect, namely, customers, workers, service providers, employees, among others, so that MO-OW may collect and process different categories of personal data such as identification data and contact details, namely name, address, tax identification number, payment details, e-mail, telephone contact, among others, collected when services are provided, employment contracts, among others.

The processing of personal data is carried out for different purposes:

The personal data collected from our customers, workers, employees, partners or any other, has the sole purpose of gathering the information necessary to provide our services to data subjects and the development of our activity, administrative, accounting and tax management, including billing and accounting; payments; compliance with legal obligations and responding to requests from judicial authorities or other public authorities, under the legal terms, fulfilling the legal and contractual obligations inherent to our activity.

We carrie out the processing of personal data exclusively for the purposes mentioned above and only for the period of time that is necessary or mandatory for the fulfillment of those purposes, with the conservation periods determined for each purpose and appropriate to each treatment in accordance with our legal obligations.

After the conservation period has elapsed, and as long as we are not obliged, by legal or administrative imposition, to proceed with their conservation, we delete personal data or proceed with their anonymization.

SECRECY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All our employees have a duty of confidentiality and protection of information as prescribed in the General Data Protection Regulation, being obliged to keep absolute secrecy about any information or knowledge of a personal, technical, business or other nature, acquired, necessary or involuntarily, during the employment relationship or because of it, relating to MO-OW or any other persons, natural or legal, that relate to it, namely, other workers, customers, family members, partners and suppliers, unless previously authorized by written.

Any reproduction, copy, modification, public communication, distribution or any other type of transfer, free of charge or costly, of any documents, software, publications, information contained in databases, or any other intellectual material belonging or relating to MO-OW or any third party related to it, unless previously authorized in writing.

SUBCONTRACTORS

MO-OW does not transmit personal data to third parties, except in cases where this proves necessary for the provision of the services it has contracted, for the fulfillment of legal obligations or when it has given its consent for that purpose.

With the purposes indicated above in sight, we may need to use subcontractors for the purpose of processing personal data and communicate your personal data to subcontractors involved in contractual execution, namely, Tax Authority, Social Security, Accounting, Insurance Companies, and any other entities legally required to provide our services.

However, the transmission of data to third parties is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and within the limits of the legal purposes and grounds defined in this Privacy Policy.

Our concern with the guarantee of secrecy and confidentiality in the processing of personal data covers our subcontractors or service providers, to whom we demand guarantees of data processing in accordance and in compliance with the rules of treatment arising from the GDPR.
